Grammar rule for the last letter ‘ਹ’ Mukta

In Gurbani, it is a rule that if a word ends with the letter ‘ਹ’, and if there is a ‘Kana’ written before it, then it signifies the plural form. Such ‘ਹ’ gives a very light sound and is pronounced similarly to a ‘bindi’ over the previous Kana. For example:

ਪੁਰਖਾਂ ਬਿਰਖਾਂ ਤੀਰਥਾਂ ਤਟਾਂ ਮੇਘਾਂ ਖੇਤਾਂਹ॥ (Ang: 467)

The word ਖੇਤਾਂਹ is plural, derived from the word ਖੇਤ. When pronounced, the last gives a very light sound, blending with the Kana before it. Similarly:
